NoidaCampus ("we", "our", "the app") is a community networking app operated by Credtech Solutions Private Limited. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using NoidaCampus you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account.
• Profile information. Details you choose to add, such as your username, bio, college, course, graduation year, skills, interests, city and photos.
• Content. Posts, stories, photos, comments and messages you create in the app, plus internship applications and information you submit to companies.
• Device and usage data. Basic technical information such as device type, app version and push notification tokens, used to run and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and operate your account and profile.
• To show your profile and content to other members as part of the community experience (discovery, feed, connections and chat), and to share your application with the company that posted an internship.
• To send push notifications about activity relevant to you. You can turn these off in your device settings.
• To keep the community safe, prevent abuse and enforce our guidelines.

3. Where your data is stored

Profile and content data are stored on secure servers. Photos and media are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through our content delivery network. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not show third-party advertising in the app.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers listed above, which are required to operate the app.

5. Your choices and rights

• You can edit your profile information at any time in the app.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@noidacampus.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.

6. Children

NoidaCampus is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
